초점집단 논의를 중심으로 한 아동ㆍ청소년 성폭력 피해자를 위한 지원방안에 관한 연구

성폭력 범죄 근절을 위한 대책들이 강화되고 있음에도 불구하고 아동ㆍ청소년을 대상으로 하는 성폭력범죄는 증가하고 있다. 아동ㆍ청소년들이 성폭력의 피해자가 되지 않도록 하는 최선의 방책은 성폭력 발생의 예방이지만, 이미 피해가 발생한 이후에는 피해자인 아동이나 청소년에게 2차 피해가 발생하지 않도록 지원하는 것도 중요하다. 본 연구는 아동ㆍ청소년 성폭력 피해자의 치료와 바람직한 사 회복귀, 건강한 성장을 도모하기 위해 성폭력 피해자 지원기관의 종사자 및 전문가를 대상으로 초점집단 면접방법을 토대로 아동ㆍ청소년 성폭력 피해자 서비스 연계ㆍ협력의 문제점과 개선점에 대한 요구 를 분석한 것이었다. 지역사회 차원의 실질적 네트워크 구축이나 장기적인 상담 및 심리치료, 성 인권교육의 실시 및 확대 등 아동ㆍ청소년 성폭력 피해자를 지원할 수 있는 여러 가지 방안을 제안하였다.

Frequency of sexual violence against children and adolescents have been increasing even though several strategies against sexual violence have been strengthening. It would be the best for children and adolescents to prevent from sexual victimization, but it might be more important to support them not to be secondary victims of sexual assault. Focus group data on primary treatment, psycho-social adaptation both at school and at home, and healthy maturation for child and adolescent victims by using three groups were analyzed in this article. Community-level preventive neasures of sexual violence for children and adolescents (e.g. gender-sensitive education) as well as building a community-oriented supportive networking system of the victims were suggested in this article.
